To sustain high-quality peer review services, professional editorial operation, long-term platform maintenance, digital resource archiving, and global open-access knowledge dissemination, the journal collects standard Article Processing Charges (APC) from authors of formally accepted manuscripts.
APC Standard Rate
The standard Article Processing Charge is RMB 2800 (USD 400) per accepted article (flat rate, no hidden fees).
Charge Explanation
The APC covers all core publishing procedures after manuscript acceptance, including professional peer review organization, editorial evaluation and revision guidance, academic format standardization, English language polishing, digital typesetting, official online publication, long-term data preservation, global open access dissemination, and copyright maintenance services.
Free Items
The journal does not charge any submission fees, review fees, revision fees, withdrawal fees, or extra publishing fees. No additional charges will be incurred for color figures, page count, or online indexing inclusion.
Payment Rules
1. APC is only charged after the manuscript passes peer review and is formally accepted for publication.
2. Authors can complete the payment via official bank channels or designated online payment platforms.
3. The journal will issue an official formal invoice after successful payment.
4. For manuscripts withdrawn by authors before formal online publication, the journal will implement a reasonable refund mechanism according to the actual publishing progress.
Preferential Policy
The journal provides appropriate APC discounts for outstanding high-quality manuscripts, invited review papers, and authors from low- and middle-income countries/regions, subject to the official approval of the editorial office.
